1 killed in accident at freeway construction site

LAKE PLEASANT -- One person was killed in an early morning accident at a freeway construction site in the North Valley. It happened on what will eventually become the Loop 303 near Lake Pleasant. A gravel truck reportedly rolled down an embankment, crashing on top of a water truck. The driver of one of those trucks, 63-year-old Kenneth R. Friske, was killed.
