DESCRIPTION OF CASE
Plaintiff's vehicle was struck on the driver side by defendants' vehicle.
INJURIES/DAMAGES
Plaintiff sustained disc herniations at the C3/4, C6/7 level and L5-S1 level, as well as Grade III and Grade IV chondromalacia and multiple tears of the menisci of the left knee. Plaintiff underwent left knee arthroscopy, menisectomy and chondroplasty for the Grade III and Grade IV chondromalacia found intra-operatively. Plaintiff then underwent a L5-S1 laminotomy/facetectomy, discectomy and fusion in April of 2004.
