DESCRIPTION OF CASE
Plaintiff claimed that Defendant driving a vehicle leased from other Defendant passed a downed stop sign and went into the intersection where the vehicles collided. Plaintiff's vehicle struck the drivers side of Defendants vehicle.
INJURIES/DAMAGES
Exacerbation/activation of previously herniated discs at L-3 through S-1 that he sustained in a 1991 auto accident. Plaintiff treated for 2 weeks after the 1998 accident and then resumed treatment 9 months thereafter. Plaintiff resumed working as an ironworker. Plaintiff underwent lumbar surgery in October 2000.
