Irwin man dies in construction accident By J-T Staff Reports

An Irwin man is dead after he was apparently pinned under a piece of construction equipment. Richard Foster, 28, of Irwin, was found dead Tuesday night at a new build construction site on Quarry Road in Lancaster. Foster worked for Triple S Tire Co., in Rushville.
