DESCRIPTION OF CASE
Plaintiff was driving her car on Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn, when her car hit a pothole. Plaintiff claimed that the City of New York failed to properly fix the pothole, thereby causing the accident.
INJURIES/DAMAGES
Plaintiff suffered a worsening of her pre-existing neck injuries. She had sustained injuries to neck in 4 prior accidents, and had undergone neck surgery prior to this accident.
VERDICT/SETTLEMENT AMOUNT
