Pltf. Claimed that her vehicle was struck by Defendant, a concrete mixing truck as Defendant was attempting to maneuver his truck onto a construction site. Plaintiff claimed that she had the right-of-way, and that she was following a line of vehicles past Defendant's truck when Defendant suddenly, and without warning, pulled out into her path of travel and struck the passenger side of her car.
