After completing her undergraduate studies at the University of North Carolina in 2007, Robyn Brazzil attended Fordham University School of Law, from which she graduated in 2010. Immediately thereafter, Ms. Brazzil joined Block O'Toole & Murphy as an associate. A very promising young lawyer, Ms. Brazzil's natural abilities have already made her a valuable asset to the firm both inside and outside of the courtroom. In January 2011, within a week of her admission to the New York State Bar, Ms. Brazzil participated in her first jury trial. Ms. Brazzil has also already applied her talents to settlement negotiations; convincing an insurance carrier to offer its entire policy prior to an adjudication where the damages would have been capped at that amount anyway. In addition, she is an exceptional legal researcher and writer, and is already participating heavily in the firm's motion practice with great success.

Ms. Brazzil is dedicated to fighting for the rights of those who have been seriously injured; whether in construction accidents, tractor trailer and motor vehicle collisions or by other acts of negligence. Her superior analytical abilities, combined with her innate sense of compassion, make her an ideal advocate for people whose lives have been adversely impacted by an injury. Ms. Brazzil's experience also includes her integral work on a "bad faith" action that is being prosecuted by the firm against an insurance company whose failure to accurately assess the risks of a lawsuit resulted in a nearly $10,000,000 jury verdict for one of the firm's clients.

While attending Fordham, Ms. Brazzil was a member of the Fordham International Law Journal and the Disaster Relief Network. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Brazzil served as a legal intern for the Honorable Samuel Der-Yeghiayan of the Northern District of Illinois and for the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York, Criminal Division. Ms. Brazzil is also awaiting admission to the Massachusetts Bar.
