Plaintiff was a passenger in a taxi when she was hit in the rear by the Defendant tractor trailer.
INJURIES/DAMAGES
Plaintiff suffered an activation of previously asymptomatic cervical and lumbar spine degenerative conditions. As a result Plaintiff underwent surgery to her cervical and lumbar spine.
